Boosting immunity in children


• Reduce exposure to germs: Less germs exposure means less chances of infection even in compromised immune system. Some of the habits that should be taught are washing hands after going to toilet and before eating food, covering the mouth when sneezing or coughing, taking a bath every day and keeping one’s room clean and germ free.

• Stress management:  Studies suggest a link between stress and depressed immunity. Keep an eye out for signs of stress in your child and take action to make environment stress free. Compliment your children regularly when they take any health conscious decisions.
