Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie


Banana smoothieThis smoothie is ridiculously easy to make and is also an excellent source of energy and protein. Not to mention that it has a delectably addictive taste!

What you need:

  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 chopped up banana<
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

What to do:

Just blend all the ingredients together to make a smoothie and drink it all up. You can chill it before drinking it for better taste.
