Healthy ‘Custard’


Banana CusturdWhat you need (serves 2):

  • 1 bowl of curds
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A few strands of saffron diluted in a spoonful of warm milk for colour (Optional)

What to do:

  1. Blend the banana, curd, sugar, cardamom and saffron in a mixer-grinder
  2. Pour in a bowl
  3. Pop in the fridge for about an hour to set.
  4. Enjoy your healthy and wholesome treat!

Tip:

Add a few shavings of nuts and a dollop of honey to dress up the treat.
