Vegetable Omelette


What you need

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 teaspoons sprouted green gram
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

What to do
Peel and grate the carrot; chop the onion and capsicum into small pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper and set aside. Heat half teaspoon of oil in a pan. Add the onion, capsicum, carrot and sprouted green gram and saute for 5 minuts. Add the sauteed vegitables to the beaten egg mixture. Heat half spoon of oil on a griddle. Pour the egg and vegitable mixture on griddle. Spread well and cook on both sides. Serve the omelette hot.
