VEDIC MATHS TECHNIQUES FOR PARENTS AND CHILDREN TO TRY TOGETHER

To get the unit place of the answer, we multiply the differences written below. Here we have a two digit number as the product of 3 and 4 (the number 12). So, we write 2 in the unit place and carry over the one to the tens place. Now, to get the tens place digit, we subtract either 4 from 7 or 3 from 6. We have 3 as the answer. Add the carried over 1 to this 3 and it becomes 4.

And we have 42 as the product of 6 and 7

Parents, do have fun practicing this technique with your children!
