What you need
- small beetroot
- medium sized carrots
- tablespoons each of lemon juice, honey and water
What to do
Chop the beetroot and carrots into small pieces. Add water, and grind in a blender jar to a pulp. Filter, then add lemon juice and honey. Stir well and serve cold. Rich in vitamin A and iron, this drink does the rest of your body as much good as it does your taste buds!
